Linux commands in Python using subprocess

In this code example using Python3, the subprocess library is used to run linux shell commands inside a Python3 program.

• The function: `execute_in_shell` takes two inputs.
  1. A list of strings that contain the linux commands
  2. Boolean input to set the verbosity
• The example script will move 10 jpg files, at random, in the `~/Desktop/My_folder/Photos/` folder to a new folder `~/Desktop/New_photos/`.
